Working Out
After one week of resting from weight lifting....the curl bar seem too tempting...my hand was itching to pick it up..although my elbow still a bit sore..but still im doing the rep...hehhe...but nit that much...just as usual amount....some push up...and leg lifting for stomach...i do more on leg lifting though...now i cant feel my abs...hahah...its not gonna sore as im not doing it to the max...i still can do couple set of twenty...but im fasting and losing too much water during fasting is not a good thing...so...moderately would be enough i reckon...huhu
