
My past two weeks of day shift work was very tiring...hate day shift...i dont have time to workout or sauna...night shift...i have plenty of time to excercise...so today..im doing night shift and finally have sometime to workout a bit...but...my back is aching...i was sleeping on the floor again...haiisshhh...anyway...my chubbt belon were slreping after his brunch...

Ramadhan kareem. aku dah tgk dah video ko workout. bahaya wei... carikla bench. at least the basic one with a bar holder. that should be enough and quite safe as well. Careful don't ever hurt your back or slipped your disc.
hehe...takpe...mmg kalau buat tue...aku mmg concentrate on my back...tue dah last set...sudah penat beb...hehe..
