Roasted Chicken

Today menu is roasted chicken.. why roasted chicken ? for me roasted thing is the most easiest way to cook a meal..no fryimg or whatsoever..just blend everything then marinate the chicken...today roasted chicken a bit different...as i put carrot as a meal base then some meat then potatoes..then chicken on top..first 50 minute...i bake it with aluminium foil cover just dont want it ro burn too much...tjen another 20 minute for browning session..take off the aluminium foil and reduce the temperature from 250c to 180c...then iy just puuuuufext roasted chicken...i steam some brocolli with sprinkle of salt and pepper....but the thing is...i cooked sooo much...to eat with my dad and brother...but both of them having their iftar outside...with friends and my dad with his sister....haaaaissshhh...if you interested with the chicken...ill give you the recipe...easy peasy....hehe...most of the time...common sense.....the best recipe is cooking without a recipe...hehehe....
